Let interest become action.

Create a clear destination for viewers who want the resource, product or project in your video.

Check website-link eligibility

TikTok’s help centre lists at least 1,000 followers or a Registered Business Account for adding a website link. Availability can vary; check your account and current official guidance.

Use the language from the video

Name a link after the resource viewers are looking for. Keep the newest relevant destination prominent and remove outdated offers.

Do not confuse a page with a shop integration

An external store link opens another website. Own Bio Link does not currently provide TikTok Shop integration, native checkout or public page hosting.

Illustrative workflow

Example: a creator sharing a tutorial resource

The problem

Viewers hear “download the checklist”, then find several links labelled “Resources”.

A clearer route

Name the link after the checklist and place it first while the tutorial is being promoted.

Try it step by step

  1. Check whether your account can add a website link.
  2. Prepare a working public resource destination.
  3. Test the route from the profile to the resource on a phone.
